Kungstanden is now seeking an engaged and detail-oriented orthodontic assistant who wants to become an important part of our team. We are located at Kungsgatan 29 in central Stockholm and are a modern private dental clinic with a strong focus on quality, patient experience, and development. At our clinic, dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and coordinators work together as a close-knit team where we help each other and every employee has an important role. We work extensively with Invisalign and are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, structured, and closely with both practitioners and patients. About the Position As an orthodontic assistant at our clinic, you will have a central role in our orthodontic treatments and patient workflows. Your responsibilities may include: assisting with orthodontic treatments independently performing delegated tasks within your competence intraoral scanning and digital documentation photography and documentation before and during treatment patient information and instructions following up with patients during ongoing treatment working with retainers and retention preparation and follow-up related to patient visits sterilization work and routine clinical tasks closely collaborating with the responsible dentist and other team members Depending on your previous experience, there are good opportunities to develop the role and take on significant responsibility. We would like to see that you: are a trained dental nurse or have equivalent relevant experience have experience in orthodontics are accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks have a professional and warm demeanor are detail-oriented and have an eye for details enjoy digital workflows and new technology speak and write Swedish fluently can communicate in English with our patients Experience with Invisalign is highly desirable.
