Our company Dobrodružství na Střelnici, specializing in experiential shooting events throughout the Czech Republic, is looking for a new colleague for our office in Dačice to manage and ensure the smooth running of our events. What awaits you with us: * Communication and collaboration with instructors (recruitment, training, shift planning) * Event planning and coordination - from shooting range reservations to equipment setup * Organization of individual events including task assignment and team composition * Cost calculation and event evaluation, including processing compensation and payroll documentation * Maintaining business relationships with instructors and contracted partners * You'll become a pillar of support for the back-office sales team * You'll handle reservations, client inquiries, and unexpected situations * You communicate with business partners and monitor their needs and satisfaction * You stay on top of reviews and know how to work with them - respond and improve We're looking for someone who: * Is meticulous, organizationally capable, and appreciates systems * Communication is everything - perfect Czech (written and spoken) is essential * Has Excel skills - essential for us * Can work independently while also being a team player pulling in the same direction * Ideally has experience organizing events, logistics, or managing people * Can work with people and handle pressure while maintaining organized information * Can handle web basics and is customer-focused What we offer: * Salary 30 000 Kč * Working hours by agreement: 7:00-15:00 or 8:00-16:00 * Possibility to start immediately * Support of a stable company and a pleasant team in our Dačice office * Meaningful work where you'll see results every day Where will you work?
