About the Role We are now looking for new security guard colleagues for our operations in Boden. As a security guard, you have a genuine desire to build good relationships and respect everyone, regardless of background. In your role as a security guard, you deliver security through your presence at your workplace and hopefully create a calming effect, but if the situation requires it, you are expected to act and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems. As a security guard, you are employed by Securitas but work under the police authority's regulations. Requirements You have security guard training and a valid security guard certificate Have passed Swedish grades at high school level Class B driver's license We see that you are a stable and stress-resistant person who can handle pressure and manage setbacks well. You are humble, team-oriented, and service-minded when meeting the public, but also understand the responsibility in your role and can remain objective when required. You have good communication skills and a willingness to contribute to good cooperation with both colleagues and clients.
