About the Position As a security guard with Svensk Fjällbevakning, you will work to create a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and staff. The work may involve security at events, restaurant and entertainment venues, as well as other public spaces. You will, among other things: Maintain order and security in accordance with applicable legislation. Prevent and manage disturbances. Work in a service-oriented and professional manner when interacting with the public. Collaborate with colleagues, organizers, and other stakeholders. Handle conflict situations in a calm and professional manner. Report incidents and events according to our procedures. What We're Looking For You are an authorized security guard with a valid authorization. You are confident, stable, and professional even in high-pressure situations. You have good communication skills and a natural service-oriented mindset. Have a clean criminal record and are drug-free. Hold a valid driver's license and own a car. Have your finances in order. You are responsible, punctual, and flexible. Can work independently as well as with others. You have good judgment and high integrity. You enjoy working evenings, nights, and weekends.
