Job Description
At AGB Service AB in Kalmar, we are now looking for a new colleague to join our great team! Today we are 16 people who together ensure that our customers' tools receive the service and calibration they need – and now we are looking for you who want to be part of the journey.
As an Order/Service Receiver, you will become an important part of our team. You will receive the tools our customers leave and send in, register them and ensure that everything is correct before it goes on to the workshop. The position also includes upselling our products, rental services, and invoicing. We work with both small shipments and larger shipments on multiple pallets. Since heavy lifting occurs in this role, it is important that you are in good physical condition.
Good knowledge of Visma Administration (Spiris) is a merit for the position, as the system is used daily in our work.
The position is located at our workplace in Kalmar, full-time, and you work Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. You will report to the responsible manager.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who likes order and organization and who finds it easy to talk to both colleagues and customers. You are service-oriented, meticulous, and comfortable with both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
As a person, you are a team player who likes to take responsibility and has your own drive. Having a positive attitude and being flexible in everyday work will help you thrive with us.
You enjoy juggling multiple tasks and working at a fast pace. You are a problem-solver who likes to ensure that the customer experience is the very best.
Your knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Word and Excel, is very strong.
Since we use Visma Administration (Spiris) in our daily work, it is a merit if you have previous experience and good knowledge of the system. The position requires a class B driver's license.
