Your main responsibilities · Coordinate deliveries with the orders department, production and planning · Create outgoing shipments with all documents and export documents (invoices, certificates of origin, etc.) · Organize and book transportation with various carriers · Create shipments in SAP transport module · Create customer invoices and internal invoices · Check freight invoices against delivery notes and record costs in SAP · Order registration · Answer the telephone · Customer support · Collaborate with the sales team Qualifications · Experience in customer service, order processing and logistics · Upper secondary education · Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing · Knowledge of German is desirable · Good computer skills and experience with business systems Personal qualities You are service-oriented and have a positive approach both internally and externally.
