Order Coordinator with Logistics Focus in Stockholm

About the Role As an order coordinator, you will work with varied administrative tasks within orders, delivery, and logistics. You will place significant focus on the logistics process and serve as the link between external logistics partners, warehouse, customers, and internal departments. The position combines operational responsibility in day-to-day work with active participation in developing and improving processes and work methods. Examples of responsibilities: Ensure the company's logistics flow to customers. Serve as the primary contact person for all logistics-related questions. Drive improvement initiatives and participate in various development projects. Manage and follow up on complaints and returns. Qualifications We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in similar tasks within orders, customer service, and logistics. You have a good understanding of logistics and delivery flows. You have experience with customs, freight, import, and export. You should be a skilled user of various business systems, and it is highly advantageous if you have worked with SAP. It is a requirement that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Who Are You? More About the Position Trial employment: For the first 6 months, you will be employed as a consultant through Andara, and thereafter the employment will transfer to our client if both parties wish.
