Only Design AB is now seeking an engaged Order Coordinator/Customer Service Representative for our office in Malmö. We work with B2B sales and represent several well-known brands within promotional and profile products. You will get a varied position with great responsibility and the opportunity to develop together with the company. About the Position As an Order Coordinator/Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for providing our customers with professional and personal service throughout the entire order process. Your tasks include: Receive incoming orders via phone and email. Register and manage orders. Place orders with our suppliers. Follow up on orders and deliveries until the customer receives their shipment. Have daily contact with customers and suppliers. Assist with other tasks that occur in a small company. You follow each order all the way – from the customer's first contact to delivered product. We're Looking for You if You Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Have a B driver's license. Have good computer skills and can work in Microsoft Excel and Word. Are thorough, responsible, and organized. Are positive, service-minded, and helpful. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Like taking responsibility and enjoy working both independently and with colleagues. Previous experience in order management or customer service is a merit, but not required. We also welcome recent graduates who want to develop in their working life.
