Upplands Vitvaruservice AB is now seeking a dedicated colleague and order administrator for a key role in our company. We are currently 12 employees who mainly work with service and installation of appliances for property owners, private individuals, and laundries. Our clients are primarily major appliance manufacturers and property owners in the Uppsala area. We are a cohesive team that takes pride in the important work we do. We are located at Kungsgatan 115 in Uppsala. About the role: As an order administrator, you will have a key role in the company. You will have daily contact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers and be responsible for ensuring that daily administration runs smoothly. You will work with order intake and planning of service assignments and installations for our technicians. The goal is to find the most efficient and best solution for both the customer and the technician. The role includes order intake, scheduling assignments for our technicians, complaint handling, phone duties, work planning, and goods receipt. You will be part of a team of two people in the office. We are looking for someone who is: Responsible, organized, and meticulous Service- and customer-oriented and enjoys helping Comfortable with daily contact with customers and suppliers Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Skilled with computers and working in administrative systems Previous experience from an administrative role (at least 3 years) Experience with invoicing and basic bookkeeping is a merit Experience in the appliance industry is highly desirable About the position: The position is full-time with a permanent contract after a trial period. Working hours are weekdays 7-16. Terms of employment follow the applicable collective agreement (Teknikavtalet/Unionen) Placement: Applications received are processed on an ongoing basis.
