Hankook Tire is now seeking an order administrator for our Supply Chain team in Sweden. About the Role As an order administrator at Hankook Tire, you will become part of our Supply Chain team, which is responsible for providing fast and accurate service to our B2B customers and sales team throughout the entire order flow. You will report to the Supply Chain Team Leader and work closely with colleagues in customer service/order administration, logistics, warehouse, and sales. Key Responsibilities As an order administrator, you are responsible for providing efficient and professional service to our B2B customers. You serve as an important contact point for tire and car workshops, sales representatives, and partners. Your responsibilities include: • Handle incoming calls and emails from B2B customers and sales representatives • Enter, follow up, and administer orders in SAP • Communicate with warehouse and transportation providers to ensure deliveries • Customer billing • Register and manage complaints, returns, and credits • Compile and report 3PL cases and complaints • Administer customer register and customer profiles • Handle returns of tires and racks • Prepare statistics, price information, and inventory balances on request • Collaborate with sales and service departments to resolve customer issues • Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing routines and processes You work daily in SAP, Excel, and several other systems. The work involves extensive customer contact combined with more administrative tasks—a role where structure, service, and problem-solving go hand in hand. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, order administration, or logistics within B2B. Experience from the automotive or tire industry is highly desirable, but not required. You have good system skills and are comfortable working in a structured manner across multiple parallel systems. To succeed in this role, you need experience with SAP and strong skills in Excel. Furthermore, you express yourself clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are thorough, service-oriented, and confident, even during peak seasons that involve higher workloads. You collaborate easily, see solutions, and take responsibility for creating a smooth flow between customer, sales, and logistics. You contribute with positive energy, even when the pace is high.
