Hankook Tire is now seeking an order administrator for our Supply Chain team in Sweden. About the Role As an order administrator at Hankook Tire, you'll be part of our Supply Chain team, responsible for ensuring our B2B customers and sales representatives receive fast and accurate service throughout the entire order process. You report to the Supply Chain Team Leader and work closely with colleagues in customer service/order administration, logistics, warehouse, and sales. Responsibilities As an order administrator, you're responsible for providing efficient and professional service to our B2B customers. You serve as an important contact point for tire and auto repair shops, sales representatives, and partners. Your responsibilities include: • Handling incoming calls and emails from B2B customers and sales staff • Entering, following up, and administrating orders in SAP • Communicating with warehouse and transport companies to ensure deliveries • Customer invoicing • Registering and managing complaints, returns, and credits • Compiling and reporting 3PL cases and complaints • Administrating customer registers and customer profiles • Managing tire and rack returns • Generating statistics, price information, and inventory balances upon request • Collaborating with sales and service departments to resolve customer issues • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of routines and processes You work daily in SAP, Excel, and several other systems. The work involves extensive customer contact combined with more administrative tasks—a role where structure, service, and problem-solving go hand in hand. Your Profile We're looking for someone with experience in customer service, order administration, or logistics within B2B. Experience from the automotive or tire industry is highly desirable but not required. You have good system skills and are comfortable working in a structured manner across multiple systems. To succeed in this role, you need experience with SAP and strong Excel skills. Furthermore, you communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. As a person, you're thorough, service-oriented, and composed, even during peak seasons with higher workloads. You collaborate easily, see solutions, and take responsibility for creating smooth flow between customer, sales, and logistics. You bring positive energy, even when the pace is high.
