Please Note: Ingka Co-workers will be prioritized for this role. The role leads operational Order Management by ensuring the right setup, processes, tools and governance are in place across markets. It supports country teams, secures seamless deviation management, drives performance through data-driven decision making, and collaborates closely with group level partners to strengthen operational and omnichannel development while ensuring compliance and scalability. Your main responsibilities will include: • Lead operational Order Management by securing the correct setup, development needs, reporting and inclusion of all exceptional order setups within the standard order life cycle. • Provide guidance and operational leadership on Order Management topics to country functions, fostering an inspiring environment and enabling collaboration and sharing of best practices across the country network. • Secure a seamless order life cycle by establishing effective processes and setups for deviation management, ensuring meetings are supported with the right tools, data and analytics for operational decision making. • Follow up and evaluate the order life cycle globally to ensure intended processes, ways of working, systems, tools and methodologies are applied consistently and effectively. • Collaborate with key Group level partners, with an end-to-end perspective, in relevant forums and decision bodies, contributing expertise to operational excellence, omnichannel development, business and process forums, sourcing activities, and global and market initiatives. • Follow up and evaluate order management, global range and order allocation initiatives, ensuring compliance with intended processes and systems, and contributing to new supply setups with a focus on compatibility and adherence to standards.
