About the Role As an optician assistant, you are an important part of the customer experience – from the first welcome in the store to when the customer leaves with their finished glasses. You work closely with our opticians and have a varied workday where service, advice, administration, and practical tasks alternate. With us, we help each other and the entire team contributes to creating the best possible experience for our customers. Your responsibilities include: Customer service and advice Customer booking and telephone service Ordering, unpacking, and dispensing of glasses Adjustment and minor repairs of frames Frame fitting Participation in the store's daily development We have our own workshop, which is an important part of our operations and contributes to the high quality and service we offer our customers. For someone who is curious, there are excellent opportunities to develop and learn additional aspects of the business over time.
