Optician Assistant in Malmö (Dalaplan/Limhamn) Permanent position, 50-60% hours. MALMÖ: Glasögonmagasinet currently operates 22 stores throughout Sweden. We aim to be the whole family's optician and strive to provide our customers with excellent service and competitive prices on quality optical products. We are now looking for someone who loves service and has a strong sense of responsibility. Your workplace will be at one of our two stores in Malmö, but additional shifts may also be offered at our other stores in Skåne for the right person! It is a great advantage if you have previously worked as an optician assistant - but it is not a requirement. However, a requirement is that you have customer service experience, preferably in retail. Working as an optician assistant means you take care of customers when they arrive at the store. Through pre-measurements, you create a foundation for the optician to work with. After the eye examination, your task is to find frames that fit and inform about different lens options. You also dispense products to customers and adjust frames, etc. You need to have both a sense of style and an eye for detail. You will mostly work in a team of three assistants, but sometimes you may be alone in the store, so it's important that you can juggle multiple tasks and that you are stress-resistant. Glasögonmagasinet is a small independent chain and we believe strongly in local engagement and responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for you with great drive and a high sense of responsibility.
