We are growing and looking for a skilled salesperson who wants to grow with us. Job Position Overview: The employee operates the customer telephone line during afternoon hours. They receive incoming calls and customer requests, record reported errors, inquiries and suggestions, provide basic information, and ensure requests are passed on to the appropriate employees or departments for further resolution. They do not independently resolve technical problems; their main task is professional communication with customers, accurate recording of requests, and forwarding them for processing. Job Responsibilities: - Receiving incoming customer calls, - Recording reported errors, inquiries, and requests, - Basic communication with customers and providing general information, - Forwarding requests to responsible employees or departments, - Maintaining clear records of received requests, - Collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of requests. Candidate Requirements: - Status as a person with disabilities (PWD), - Pleasant and professional demeanor, - Good communication skills, - Carefulness, reliability, and independence, - Basic computer user skills (email, request tracking), - Ability to accurately record and convey information. Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-6:00 PM (part-time). What We Offer: - Part-time position, 4 hours per day - Work Monday through Friday (holidays and weekends off) - Multisport card after probation period - Salary 11,500 Kč during probation, 12,500 Kč after probation - 25 days of vacation per yearContact via email or phone.
