For a newly established sheet metal processing manufacturing facility in a new and modern working environment in the Kolín-Ovčáry industrial zone, we are looking for a colleague for the position of "Manufacturing Operator - Coating Plant". Job Responsibilities: Loading and unloading parts from the production line Quality inspection of parts Maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment and workspaces Cooperation with other members of the production team to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing Compliance with workplace safety rules and use of protective equipment Handling and manipulation of materials - product packaging. We Expect: Vocational or secondary education, apprenticeship training Work experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company Willingness to work in shift operations Manual dexterity Responsible approach to work Basic proficiency with PC and MS Office Independence, flexibility, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
