About the Company Our customer is an established manufacturing company that works with production where quality, precision, and careful controls are an integral part of everyday operations. In this assignment, you will be employed by Effektiv and hired out as a consultant to our customer in Södertälje. You will become part of a committed team where everyone contributes to ensuring that production maintains the right quality and delivers according to schedule. What Does the Role Offer? As an operator, you work with post-processing and quality inspection in production. You check orders, ensure that the correct materials are used, and make sure that work is performed according to applicable quality requirements and GMP. The role also includes reporting in business systems, collaborating with other functions, and supporting other departments as needed. You actively contribute to improvements that create an efficient, safe, and quality-conscious production flow. Your Main Responsibilities: • Post-processing and quality inspection according to GMP • Inspection and review of production orders • Ensuring the correct material for each order • Reporting and documentation in business systems • Collaboration with other functions within the business • Work with continuous improvements and increased efficiency The position is full-time and the work is scheduled for 3-shift but other shift arrangements, including weekend work, may occur. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing industry, production, or the pharmaceutical industry. Experience from the graphic industry, for example as a printer, bookbinder, or folder, is advantageous. You are technically interested, have good computer skills, and feel comfortable documenting and reporting in various systems. GMP training, a forklift license, and a valid color-blindness test are advantageous. As a person, you are careful, structured, and quality-conscious. You work well both independently and with others, are flexible when circumstances change, and thrive when the pace is high. You take responsibility for your work and want to understand the entire production chain, not just your own part. Is This Your Perfect Match? For the position, you need to have experience in production or the manufacturing industry. You need to have normal color vision and be able to communicate in Swedish and English in speech and writing. Experience with quality-controlled production, GMP, or graphic manufacturing is advantageous.
