About the Company We are seeking operators for our client in Landskrona. We are looking for someone who is technically interested with experience from industry. Start immediately. Your Responsibilities Your tasks will be varied and you will receive an introduction to the company's different stations. The goal is for you to learn multiple stations and then become responsible for your own station. Most of our machines are automated, which means the work combines practical work with simple programming, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The role includes, among other things: * Learn and work at several different production stations. * Take responsibility for and operate your own station. * Monitor and manage automated machines. * Perform basic programming and troubleshooting. * Document work according to applicable procedures. * Work toward established goals. * Plan and drive your own work forward. * Master Swedish in speech and writing. * Some tasks require heavy lifting, so the position requires good physical condition. Work hours initially include 2-shift work, but may transition to night or weekend shifts. Your Background/Your Qualities * Several years of experience as a machine or process operator. * Industrial or technical education. * Experience with automation. * Good computer skills. * Knowledge and experience working according to 5S. * Strong technical interest. * A structured and solution-oriented work approach. * Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility. Meritorious * Forklift certification. * Overhead crane certification or experience with overhead crane operation. * Experience with maintenance work. * Experience with troubleshooting and basic technical maintenance.
