Depending on the department, the work may involve you being responsible for one or several steps in the production chain, or following the same product all the way from start to completion. Work is conducted according to clear processes where safety, quality, and precision are always in focus. Depending on operational needs, the work may involve shift work, and the type of shift applied varies between different parts of production. Your Responsibilities Work with automated and/or manual production steps Operate, monitor, and adjust machines as needed, for example CNC Work in various machining processes such as turning, milling, grinding, sintering, and pressing, depending on department Perform manual tasks such as picking, loading, machine setup, or simple assembly Perform quality assurance through measurement, inspection, and visual checks Follow safety procedures, instructions, and standardized working methods Location The positions are located within our production operations in Gimo. Shift patterns and working hours are adapted to each department's needs. Your Profile We welcome both those who are at the beginning of their industrial journey and those who already have production experience. To have the right prerequisites, we see that you have: Technical secondary education or equivalent knowledge through work experience Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Merits include: Experience from industrial operations Experience working with turning, milling, grinding, sintering, or pressing Knowledge of CNC, process technology, automation, control systems, or machine shop industry Knowledge of English As a person, you enjoy working together with others and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.
