* We are looking for operators and assemblers for our customer in Hultsfred and surrounding area. The company operates in the manufacturing industry and wants to strengthen its workforce with the help of Montico. About the Position You will initially be employed as a consultant at Montico and hired out to the customer company. After six months, there is an opportunity for a permanent position at Montico or direct employment with the customer company. The working hours are two shifts, but we would appreciate your flexibility for other shift arrangements as well. Job Description As an operator, you will work with CNC-controlled machines and follow the process that includes several different work tasks. Your responsibilities include planning and material handling. You monitor the CNC machine and perform measurements and quality control checks according to instructions. As an assembler, you will primarily work with assembling smaller components and handling parts in an automated painting line, which includes hanging and removing parts. You will also perform quality inspections, work closely with colleagues in production, and support other tasks in maintenance and manufacturing as needed. Forklift operation may occur, so forklift experience is a merit. We Are Looking for You We are looking for someone with technical education or experience with similar work tasks.
