About the RoleWe are now seeking several operators for AstraZeneca's Sweden Biomanufacturing Center (SBC) in Gärtuna, Södertälje. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a high-tech production environment where quality, safety, and precision are the focus. Depending on the needs of the operation, placement and work area will be determined by the recruiting managers. ResponsibilitiesAs an operator, your duties may include: - Production and process work according to established instructions - Assembly, packaging, and material handling - Documentation according to GMP and internal procedures - Work in computerized systems - Ensuring that production, quality, and safety requirements are met - Participating in improvement initiatives and contributing to efficient processes QualificationsRequired: - Upper secondary education in technology or natural sciences, or alternatively at least two years of relevant work experience - Experience from an industrial or production environment is advantageous, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry and/or at AstraZeneca - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken, written, and reading comprehension - Good English language skills, both spoken, written, and reading comprehension - Good computer skills and ability to work in or quickly learn administrative and computerized systems, for example SAP - Ability to work all types of shifts - Ability to be on-site and ready to start work shifts beginning at 06:30 Meritorious: - Studies at Mälardalens Technical Gymnasium (MTG) - Experience with documentation such as deviation reporting, protocols, logbooks, recipes, or similar - GMP experience - LEAN working experience - Experience working in an aseptic environment - Experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: - Thorough and quality-conscious - Organized and responsible - Independent in your work - Flexible and adaptable - Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills - Customer-focused and service-oriented - Comfortable working at a high pace - Prepared for the possibility that the work may periodically be physically demanding Practical InformationLocation: Gärtuna, Södertälje Number of positions: 5 Assignment length: 6 months Start: 2 positions immediately, others no later than early October Work schedule: 2-3 shifts We warmly welcome your application!
