Location: Sandviken Start: Late August / Early September Scope: Full-time Working hours: 4-shift About the job as operator As an operator with us at Manpower, at our customer's site in Sandviken, you will be an important part of daily production. You will work to ensure that production flows according to set goals and quality requirements, while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. You will work both independently and in a team, and handle both machines and material flows in production. Examples of work tasks: Work in daily production according to set goals and quality requirements Handle and monitor production equipment and robots Operate truck and manage material flows as needed Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has a technical interest and enjoys working in a production environment where accuracy and structure are crucial. You are solution-oriented, quality-conscious, and have an aptitude for learning new tasks quickly. Requirements for the position: Industrial experience or production technical education, for example within CNC, robotics, or automation Forklifter license A1-A2 and B1 Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious: Robotics training or experience What does Manpower offer?
