DP Patterning is an entrepreneur-driven technology company with roots in research and innovation. Since our start in Norrköping in 2006, we have had a clear mission: to change how circuit boards are manufactured – in a more flexible, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective way.

Your Responsibilities
As an operator with us, you have an important role in our production. You work closely with both machines and colleagues, with a focus on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Monitoring and operating production machinery
Material handling and production preparation
Sampling, quality control, and documentation
Basic mechanical maintenance and equipment care
Since we are a growing company, your tasks will vary – and we see that as a strength. With us, we help each other, learn from one another, and develop both our working methods and competencies together. You will be part of a cohesive team and report to the Production Manager. Work is conducted in 3-shift operations (morning, afternoon, and night shifts including weekends).
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is curious, takes responsibility, and enjoys working in a team. You don't need to know everything from the start – the willingness to learn and contribute is what matters most.
We believe you have experience and/or training in production or engineering, and want to continue developing within the manufacturing industry.

To succeed in the role, you need:
Basic computer skills (Office and business systems)
Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Forklift License A+B
