Your Responsibilities As an operator with us, you have an important role in our production. You work closely with both machines and colleagues, with a focus on quality, precision, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include, among others: • Monitoring and operating production machinery • Material handling and production preparation • Sampling, quality control, and documentation • Basic mechanical maintenance and equipment care Since we are a growing company, tasks vary – and we see this as a strength. With us, we help each other, learn from one another, and develop both work methods and skills together. You will be part of a tight-knit team and report to the Production Manager. Work is performed in 3 shifts (day shift including weekends / evening shift). Your Profile We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and enjoys working in a team. You don't need to know everything from the start – the willingness to learn and contribute is what matters most. We believe you have experience and/or training in production or technology, and want to continue developing within the manufacturing industry. We see that you: • Are meticulous and quality-conscious • Enjoy structure but also variety • Thrive in an environment where collaboration and respect are self-evident To succeed in this role, you need: • Basic computer skills (Office and business systems) • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing • Forklift certification A+B Why DP Patterning?
