About the Position
As an operator, you will work to monitor and control the production process from raw material to finished product. You are responsible for ensuring that production meets the right quality standards and that the process is run in a safe and efficient manner.
The role is varied and involves both practical work in production, quality inspections, documentation, and problem-solving. You collaborate with colleagues and management and are involved in driving improvements in daily operations.
Work hours for this position involve shift work.
Your Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the production process according to applicable instructions, quality targets, and production plans.
• Identify and handle deviations and disruptions in production.
• Work actively to minimize downtime and contribute to efficient production.
• Document production, quality results, material consumption, and other relevant production data.
• Ensure good order and a safe working environment at the workplace.
• Communicate important information to colleagues during shift changes.
Safety is always the highest priority. As an operator, you are expected to follow the company's safety procedures and instructions and actively contribute to a safe and secure work environment.
What We Are Looking For
• You have a high school diploma, preferably with a technical or natural science focus, or equivalent experience or knowledge.
• You have a technical interest and enjoy working close to machines and production equipment.
• You are thorough and quality-conscious.
• You have a structured work approach and take responsibility for your tasks.
• You are solution-oriented and can act when problems or disruptions occur.
• You enjoy collaborating and communicating with others.
• If you have forklift, overhead crane, or other relevant equipment certification, that is an advantage.
