Lernia is now recruiting operators for our client for both short-term and long-term assignments. About the Position As an operator, you will work with machinery and production equipment and be responsible for executing work tasks safely and according to given instructions. The workplace may be in an industrial environment where pace and variety are common. You'll be part of a production team and collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain high quality. Work tasks may include: Operation and monitoring of production machinery Picking and packing, assembly, or machine monitoring depending on the assignment Material handling with forklift (requirement: valid forklift certification) Quality inspections and documentation Cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery Following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment Working hours and scope vary depending on the assignment. Opportunity for extension and transition to permanent employment may be available depending on operational needs and your performance. About You We're looking for someone who is thorough, hardworking, and thrives in a practical role. You're comfortable working in a team but can also work independently. A service-oriented attitude and the ability to maintain consistent quality in your work tasks are important. Formal Qualifications Valid forklift certification (A/B or equivalent depending on assignment) Experience working in production or warehouse is a plus Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Previous experience with machinery or line work Experience with quality inspections and documentation Driver's license category B Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP As One of Us As a consultant through Lernia, you'll receive competitive wages, vacation, pension contributions, and insurance benefits according to collective agreements.
