About the Position As an operator, you work with machines and production equipment and are responsible for carrying out work tasks safely and according to given instructions. The workplace can be in an industrial environment where pace and variety occur. You are part of a production team and collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production goals and maintain high quality. Work tasks may include: Operation and monitoring of production machines Picking and packing, assembly or machine monitoring depending on the assignment Material handling with forklift (requirement: valid forklift license) Quality checks and documentation Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines Following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment Working hours and scope vary depending on the assignment. Possibility of extension and transition to permanent employment may occur depending on the company's needs and your performance. About You We are looking for someone who is careful, hardworking and enjoys a practical role. You are comfortable working in a team but can also work independently. A service-minded approach and the ability to maintain consistent quality in your work tasks are important. Formal Qualifications Valid forklift license (A/B or equivalent depending on assignment) Experience working in production or warehouse is an asset Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Merits Previous experience with machine or line work Experience with quality checks and documentation Driver's license category B Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP As One of Us As a consultant via Lernia, you receive market-rate salary, vacation, pension contributions and insurance according to collective agreement.
