Operator with Team Lead Responsibility at Nordic Bio-Graphite Nordic Bio-Graphite produces fossil-free graphite from forestry residual products for industries driving the green transition forward. The company was founded in 2024 and builds on a decade of research at KTH. We are now looking for an Operator with Team Lead Responsibility for our pilot production facility in Bromma, Stockholm. About the Role In this role, you are responsible for the daily operation of our pilot production, working alongside two operators. You plan the day's work, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and work hands-on as an operator in production together with the rest of the team. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the team's daily work Work as an operator in production Ensure safety, quality, and traceability in all production steps Prepare, operate, and maintain equipment according to procedures Take responsibility for accurate and thorough documentation of production and various batches Handle all materials correctly, preventing contamination or mixing Safety is the highest priority in this role; you are expected to follow established safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment for the entire team Support installation of new equipment as needed Perform basic inspections and simple maintenance of equipment and machinery Train and support new operators Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is organized, thorough, and thrives with routine and structure in daily work. You are self-driven, reliable, and take responsibility for ensuring work is done correctly every day. Experience working as an operator in production, manufacturing, laboratory, or process environments Good understanding of and practical experience with safety procedures Practical hands-on skills, preferably with the ability to troubleshoot and perform simple repairs Accustomed to following documented work instructions and procedures Desirable: Previous experience leading or coordinating a small group (not required) Comfortable handling chemicals and other materials Fluent English in speaking and writing; Swedish or another language is desirable What We Offer A role where you get to build a new production facility from the ground up as part of a small, committed team.
