Your Responsibilities
As an operator with us, you'll be an important part of the production chain. You will, among other things:
- Monitor machines during ongoing production to ensure optimal operation.
- Feed material to machines to keep production running smoothly.
- Perform finishing work and quality control of finished products.
- Contribute to steady workflow and prevent production stoppages.
Work is performed in 3 shifts.
Your Background / Your Qualities
We believe you're someone who enjoys solving problems, has patience, and takes initiative. You're technically interested, want to understand how things work, and enjoy practical work. You have:
- Technical competence and good computer skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- An interest in developing both yourself and production.
