We are now seeking a Pulp Operator for Billerud in Skärblacka
Do you want to work at the heart of our production where technology, teamwork and sustainability meet every day? We are now looking for you to become part of our sulfate mill in Skärblacka.
You will join a goal-oriented work team with responsibility for pulp production – from wood chips to finished product for paper and dissolving pulp. The team consists of operators in cooking, screening and bleaching, plus an extra resource for training and support.
As an operator, you play a key role in ensuring stable, safe and efficient operation of the facility – always with Safety First in focus.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Ensure the best possible operation without compromising on safety
Work in a goal-oriented team with shared responsibility for production
Monitoring of the process/facility via control systems and some operator maintenance
Participate in work rotation and develop within several parts of the process
Collaborate with functions such as maintenance, production and lab
Contribute to improvements in working methods and processes
This is a permanent position involving work in a 6-shift system, which gives you a varied everyday life with recurring time off.

Qualifications
To succeed in the role of pulp operator, we believe you have:
High school education in a relevant field or equivalent competence
Good knowledge of the Swedish language
Driver's license category B
It is meritorious if you have:
Process technician training
Previous experience within process industry
Good computer skills
Personal qualities
