About the Position As an operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, performing ongoing production tasks, and ensuring that processes are followed according to applicable procedures. The work includes loading, unloading, and handling materials, monitoring machines, quality control, and documentation of work steps and deviations. You work in a team and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production management to maintain stable and safe production. This is a full-time position. You will work day shift. Start as soon as possible. Examples of Work Tasks Responsible for packaging and shipping. Monitor and operate production equipment according to given instructions and safety procedures. Perform minor adjustments, replacements, and cleaning of machines. Conduct quality checks and document results. Report deviations and contribute to improvement efforts to increase efficiency and safety. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a good work environment and positive team climate. About You Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone with basic industrial experience or relevant education from upper secondary school (preferably technical/specialized) or vocational training. Previous work in production, process industry, or similar is a plus. You communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing and have basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. Personal Qualities You are thorough, responsible, and thrive in a pace where safety and quality are always prioritized. You work in a structured manner, solve problems practically, and are flexible when circumstances change. Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude are important for creating a functioning team.
