As an operator at Dana TM4 Sweden AB, you will work in a modern production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are in focus. You will become an important part of the team that manufactures products with high demands for precision and reliability. Your work tasks include: Assembly and processing of components according to work instructions Monitoring and handling of production equipment Quality control and documentation Troubleshooting and reporting of deviations Active participation in improvement work Work may be scheduled on a shift basis Who are you? We would like to meet you who are detail-oriented, responsible, and have a strong focus on quality. You thrive working both independently and together with others. We would prefer that you have: High school education, preferably with technical or industrial focus Experience from manufacturing industry or production Good technical understanding Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Basic computer skills It is an advantage if you have experience with: Lean Production Blueprint reading Quality work and measurement techniques Forklift certification (counterweight truck and reach truck) At Dana TM4 Sweden AB, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and innovative organization that contributes to the ongoing electrification of the vehicle industry.
