We are now seeking two operational procurement specialists who, together with an engaged team, will create efficient working methods and strong business deals across the entire group. About the Role As an operational procurement specialist, you work closely with operations to ensure efficient purchasing, good supplier relationships, and quality in business dealings. You will work in a tight team where collaboration and personal responsibility go hand in hand. The role encompasses a broad range of operational procurement work with responsibility for, among other things, project procurement, inventory purchasing, and direct procurements. The assignment also includes supporting larger procurements and contract matters as well as conducting renewed competitive bidding processes. The role includes analysis of procurement data (spend) to identify development opportunities and create increased business value. Ongoing supplier contacts, monitoring supplier performance, and collaboration with internal operations are also important aspects of the work. Furthermore, the role is expected to contribute to the development and improvement of working methods, processes, and procedures within the procurement area. Who Are You? Operational Procurement Specialist with Experience We are looking for someone with solid experience who can contribute structure, drive, and business perspective to building up the function. Qualifications: Several years of experience in operational procurement Several years of experience in public procurement and procurement tools Some experience with spend analysis It is an advantage if you have previous experience with supplier evaluations, a higher education degree in a relevant field, and a valid driver's license. Junior Operational Procurement Specialist We are also looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and wants to develop within procurement in a learning environment.
