Operational Supplier Developer (SQA) Would you like to be part of developing the quality of our suppliers and contribute to CEJN's continued success? We are now looking for an operational supplier developer (SQA) who wants to be an important part of our global quality and procurement work. With us, you will have a central role where you work closely with both suppliers and internal functions to ensure and develop quality in our supply chain. About the role As an operational supplier developer (SQA), you are responsible for operational quality work with our direct material suppliers. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, where you drive quality issues from identified problem and root cause to implemented and verified improvement. An important part of the role is to ensure that identified quality problems are not only addressed in the moment but lead to sustainable improvements with our suppliers. You will, among other things: Coordinate and follow up on supplier deviations and root cause analyses. Identify areas for improvement and drive quality improvement measures with suppliers. Manage and follow up on cases in the deviation management system. Collaborate with suppliers on quality requirements, specifications, and improvement activities. Work closely with receiving inspection, measurement room, quality engineering, production, design, logistics, and procurement. Participate in supplier assessments, audits, and contract reviews as needed. Contribute to the development and streamlining of our quality and SQA processes. The role involves travel, both within Sweden and internationally. Who are you? We believe you have experience from industrial or technical operations, preferably within quality, production, manufacturing, or supplier development. You have good technical understanding and are comfortable with blueprint reading, measurement technology, tolerances, and manufacturing processes. Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and APQP is a merit. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have good experience working with business systems and Office applications.
