As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for institution-wide coordination and work supervision of ongoing operations outside office hours, during evenings and nights, with the aim of promoting a safe care and work environment. You guide and strengthen your colleagues in their work and ensure that work is conducted with legal certainty and in accordance with applicable governing documents, methods, and established goals. Specifically, this includes responsibility for incident management in alarm situations and taking necessary measures following incidents. You communicate identified deficiencies and deviations from routines to relevant managers. You create and update security assessments and make decisions regarding compulsory measures according to LVU, LSU, and LVM in accordance with SiS work and delegation procedures. Training initiatives for staff in the areas of security and conflict management may be included in the position. Working hours are scheduled according to a rotating schedule covering day, evening, night, and weekends. Furthermore, you are structured in your work and have a strong ability to plan and prioritize effectively. You should also have: - Appropriate higher education such as social work, behavioral science, or other equivalent higher education, alternatively at least two-year vocational higher education (treatment pedagogue) combined with experience working at SiS or similar operations. - Several years of experience working at SiS or other operations with a focus on care, treatment, and security, such as social services, care and treatment, criminal justice, or other relevant operations. - Strong ability to lead, prioritize, and coordinate a work group. - Driver's License Category B At SiS we prioritize good leadership.
