ABOUT THE POSITION In your role as an operational procurement specialist, you will have operational procurement responsibility where your areas of responsibility include ensuring delivery of materials to planned production needs. Your work tasks will include: - Procurement of spare parts, repairs, and services based on planned needs - Placing orders and monitoring deliveries - Maintaining contact with multiple different suppliers - Obtaining cost estimates and reviewing cost analyses from suppliers WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: - Have previous experience working with operational procurement - Have relevant post-secondary education, likely within procurement - Have good knowledge of office software, particularly Excel - Have good technical understanding and technical interest - Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing as both languages are used in daily work Further, great importance will be placed on personal suitability in the recruitment process. To fit this role, you need to be comfortable working with multiple different areas in parallel as you will work on several different projects and simultaneously maintain contact with multiple different suppliers. ABOUT THE POSITION: This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security regulations.
