About the Role As an operational buyer, you have a central role in daily procurement work and are responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and services are available at the right time, with the right quality, and at the right cost. You work closely with production, planning, engineering, and quality in an environment characterized by high demands for delivery precision, traceability, and structure. You actively contribute to ensuring stable supplier flows and play an important role in managing deviations, prioritizing deliveries, and creating conditions for efficient production. You may work with: Order placement, order confirmations, and daily management of procurement flows Material planning based on forecasts, production plans, and project requirements Delivery monitoring and proactive deviation management linked to critical deliveries Ongoing supplier dialogues regarding delivery precision, capacity, and quality Updating and maintaining article data, prices, and supplier information in business systems Support in price negotiations and recurring negotiations Tracking KPIs such as delivery reliability, lead times, and inventory levels Ensuring documentation and traceability in regulated operations Active participation in improvement efforts within procurement processes and working methods Your Profile We're looking for someone who is confident in their expertise in operational procurement and thrives in a dynamic, technically advanced environment. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting. You are accustomed to working with multiple contact points and build trusting relationships both internally and externally. At the same time, you have a strong eye for detail and quality in your work, and a natural drive to get things done even when circumstances change. We would like to see that you have: Post-secondary education in procurement, logistics, engineering, economics, or equivalent Several years of experience in operational procurement, material planning, or order management Good understanding of procurement flows and supply chain processes in an industrial environment Experience working with complex products or technical operations Strong knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing Experience working with business systems (such as SAP or similar) and Excel You contribute with a business perspective and a drive to improve flows and working methods, while ensuring high quality in every delivery.
