We are now looking for an operational procurement specialist who wants to work close to production and take responsibility for ensuring that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. About the job In the role as operational procurement specialist, you are a key person in ensuring the material flow to the production line. You are responsible for procuring materials for both production, warranties, retrofit, and in-house manufactured spare parts. The work involves close collaboration with internal functions and requires a structured and proactive approach. You will, among other things: Ensure procurement of the right materials at the right time Work with change management and replanning Handle daily operational procurement issues in the business system SAP Contribute to efficient flows and good information transfer between departments The role suits you if you are flexible, stress-resistant, and thrive in a dynamic environment where conditions can change rapidly. About you To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has: Experience or education in procurement Experience working in business systems, preferably SAP Good knowledge of the Office suite Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing As a person, you are thorough, structured, and solution-oriented. You appreciate working at a high pace and have an easy time prioritizing. You communicate clearly, take responsibility, and enjoy working close to the business. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
