Move2Green (M2G) is organized into five regions – South (Helsingborg), East (Kalmar), Northeast (Vimmerby), North (Linköping), and Stockholm/M3 (Järna) – with a total of 14 office locations and approximately 100 employees. Local presence ensures good collaboration with carriers and customers. The Move2Green group has annual revenues of approximately 1.3 billion SEK. We are growing and developing both organically and through acquisitions. Therefore, we are now seeking a controller for Move2Green's headquarters in Helsingborg, where you will work with our finance department. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal. Your Responsibilities In the role of controller, the main task is to work operationally with monthly financial statements and to analyze and interpret the regions' results. Based on this, you support management and contribute to measures that increase organizational efficiency. You are an important link between the finance department and employees and managers in our regions. You make financial reports understandable and work on projects related to, for example, inventory valuation. The controller's responsibilities also include working with KPIs, profitability analyses, and contributing to the development of the M2G group. Responsibilities include: - Operational accounting work (monthly closing, annual reports, income tax returns, backup for ongoing bookkeeping) - Analyses - Project accounting - Fixed asset register - Development and streamlining of routines and processes - Taking an active role in M2G group's improvement and efficiency initiatives - Various projects within accounting/finance systems - Opportunity for expanded areas of responsibility Your Background/Your Qualities You have at least a bachelor's degree in economics and at least two years of experience in an accounting or controller role, preferably from an audit or accounting firm or within industry/logistics/transport. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing, in Swedish and English. It is a given that you can work in business and finance systems as well as the Office package (Excel). To succeed in this role, it is important that you are a doer, analytical, flexible, and curious. You want to develop and enjoy a dynamic work environment with many different contact points, and you have good communication skills. Good analytical skills that lead to suggestions and solutions are important. An important part of the responsibilities is then to convey and communicate the results of the analyses within the organization, thereby ensuring that the analyses lead to change in the desired direction. This requires being a sounding board to managers and other decision-makers on these types of matters, and therefore the role requires good pedagogical ability.
