Do you want to be part of creating structure, driving efficiency, and making things happen for real? We are now seeking an Operations Manager for Business Support who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our internal workflows and contribute to a more efficient and business-oriented organization. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.
Your Responsibilities
As Operations Manager for Business Support, you are responsible for leading and developing our Business Support department, which includes orders, calculations, and quotes. You have a central role in the operation where you act as a bridge between different functions and ensure that our processes run smoothly from start to finish.
You work close to the business – not from the conference room, but operatively in everyday work. Your focus is on identifying bottlenecks, simplifying work methods, and streamlining workflows, processes, and routines.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
• Lead and develop the Business Support department and be a present and accessible leader in the operation
• Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency initiatives
• Create structure and optimize workflows
• Work cross-functionally and strengthen collaboration between departments
• Monitor operations through key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure strong customer focus at all levels
You report to our Marketing and Sales Manager.
Your Background/Your Qualities
You have several years of experience in a management role, preferably as a middle manager, and are accustomed to working close to the business. You thrive in a hands-on work style where you are involved in daily work and drive matters forward with a clear focus on results.
You have strong administrative skills and extensive experience working with business systems and CRM systems. You are accustomed to expressing yourself professionally in Swedish in speech and writing. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of business workflows and a strong customer perspective that permeates your work. As a person, you enjoy driving projects and achieving goals!
