Main Responsibilities The Swedish Armed Forces is growing and this places high demands on increasingly faster development of our IT systems without compromising quality and security. To support this, we need to further develop and strengthen our processes around deployment of changes within some of our systems. We are now looking for an Operational Change Manager whose main assignment will be to establish and operate a professional CAB (Change Approval Board) within a system area. Your main assignment will be to prepare for the establishment of a CAB and then implement and operate it in a professional manner. This includes: - Clarifying the approval process for production deployment - Ensuring adequate templates, checklists, and meeting formats for the CAB - Training in the process - Implementing and operating regular CAB meetings with stakeholders and decision-makers - Ensuring professional documentation and traceability before and after meetings - First establish the CAB for one system and then gradually expand it to include multiple systems - Continuously develop the process in line with other methodology and process development Who Are You? We believe that you have a background from a well-structured IT operation and want to take the next step. You want to be part of developing a socially beneficial IT operation in growth with high quality and security requirements. Specifically, we want you to have the following qualifications: - Concrete personal experience with change management with a professional CAB according to ITIL - General good experience and competence within the ITIL framework - Relevant education and competence in IT and technology - Experience in IT operations and/or system administration - Understanding of agile methods - Experience in change management work - Ability to achieve results in an environment with high complexity and multiple stakeholders - Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Swedish citizenship Meritorious: - Personal experience with ITIL4 - Experience from both on-premises and cloud solutions Personal Qualities You are goal-oriented, structured, and methodical.
