We are now seeking an operations supervisor/coordinator for an established logistics operation in Härryda. Here you'll take on an important role in daily operations and have the opportunity to work closely with the facility alongside a dedicated team. As an operations supervisor, you will be actively involved in day-to-day work on the terminal and contribute to ensuring the operation runs efficiently. You will work both practically and in a coordinating capacity, where you will ensure that goods are handled according to plan and that daily processes function as intended. The role also includes supporting and guiding staff in their daily work and helping to create structure and good workflow on the terminal. You therefore need to be comfortable taking responsibility, communicating with others, and being able to prioritize when the pace is high. For the right person, there is an opportunity to transition to our partner organization provided everything works well Your Profile Requirements: • Experience working in warehouse, terminal, or logistics • Class B driver's license • Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Experience working in an operational and physically active environment Meritorious: • Previous experience in operations management or team leadership • Forklift certification or other relevant certifications • Experience working toward set goals and KPIs We are looking for someone with warehouse or logistics experience who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and be part of daily operations.
