We are now seeking an operations supervisor/coordinator for an established logistics operation in Härryda. Here you will have an important role in daily operations and the opportunity to work close to the business alongside an engaged team.
As an operations supervisor, you will be involved in the day-to-day work at the terminal and contribute to efficient operations. You will work both practically and in a coordinating capacity, ensuring that goods are handled according to plan and that daily processes run smoothly.
The role also includes supporting and guiding staff in their daily work and helping create structure and good workflow at the terminal. You therefore need to be comfortable taking responsibility, communicating with others, and prioritizing when the pace is high.

Scope: Full-time, Monday - Friday 06:00–15:00, weekends may occur.
Employment Type: This is initially a consulting assignment. For the right person, there is an opportunity to transition to our partner company, provided everything works well.
Your Profile
Requirements:
• Experience working in warehouse, terminal, or logistics
• B-category driver's license
• Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working in an operational and physically active environment
Desirable:
• Previous experience in operations supervision or team leadership
• Forklift certification or other relevant qualifications
• Experience working toward set goals and KPIs
