Responsibilities At the Operating Department in Lindesberg, you'll encounter varied operations where no two days need to be the same. With us, we work with, among other things: - advanced orthopedic joint prosthetics for hips and knees - surgery, including gallbladder surgery, hernia repair, and bariatric surgery - ear, nose, and throat surgery - gynecological surgery within day surgery - both elective and emergency procedures Our operations are characterized by well-planned workflows, close collaboration between professions, and a strong focus on creating safe and secure care for our patients. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialist education in operating room nursing. Whether you have extensive experience or are relatively new to the role, we offer an individually tailored introduction based on your previous knowledge and experience. About the Operations At Lindesberg Hospital, there is an operating department including a sterilization unit operated by the Department of Orthopedics and Hand Surgery. The operating department serves the Hand and Orthopedics Department, the Surgery Department, ENT, Women's Clinic, and Public Dentistry. Lindesberg Hospital is one of Region Örebro County's three acute care hospitals.
