On our operating department, anesthesia and operating services are provided for various surgical specialties. Here we conduct high-tech advanced surgical care and acute trauma patient management. ANOPIVA is Region Östergötland's largest clinic and provides surgical services within all operating specialties except thoracic/vascular surgery. Our units conduct both elective and emergency surgery with operations running around the clock.
Specifically on the K-section, you work with operations in upper and lower abdominal surgery, urology, and gynecology. Operations are performed open, laparoscopically, or with robotic assistance. You work in a team with anesthesia nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and you plan and organize the day's operations in your operating room. The work varies with elective and emergency flows where you and the team make quick decisions in a high-tech environment.

Job Description
As an operating room nurse on the K-section, you work there but with some orientation on other sections to be able to participate in on-call work. This means your specialized expertise develops on your home section but you have knowledge of life-saving emergency operations on other sections.

About You
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with specialist training in operating room nursing and have a special interest in surgery while wanting to maintain broad acute care competence.
You must have good Swedish language skills in speaking and writing as you will communicate with patients, relatives, and colleagues. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and maturity.
The work is characterized by excitement and variety where your flexibility and problem-solving abilities come into use. You are a curious person who wants to contribute to the development of our operations.
Important is that you enjoy teamwork and work well with others in a responsive and flexible manner. Furthermore, you are an engaged person who wants to contribute to a positive and good working environment.
