About the position Abdominal Surgery is an operating department with a broad mandate. We conduct elective activities in collaboration across several specialties. The majority of surgery is malignant cancer surgery in gynecology, urology, lower GI, and endocrine surgery. We also have a patient group with intestinal failure. Our activities also include brachytherapy for gynecological and urological cancer. For certain patient groups we have a national catchment area and primarily conduct highly specialized surgery. Working hours are Monday to Friday, days and evenings. Rotation to another operating department is possible. We offer you the opportunity to choose work shifts that are 6 hours long, but count as 8 hours in your schedule planning.
