Operations Project Manager (OPM) Wanted We are looking for someone who is currently working as a restaurant manager or in a similar role and is ready to take the next step. The role encompasses responsibility for HR, controlling, and facility management, combined with close collaboration with the CEO and management where you drive and support both ongoing work and projects. You will be part of the head office but work across the entire group, with insight and influence in large parts of the business. About the Role As Operations Project Manager, you are responsible for driving, implementing, and following up on processes linked to operations. The role suits you if you thrive working within clear frameworks, processes, and established methods, and if you see the value in structure as a tool for quality and development. You work closely with the CEO and management team, supporting ongoing work and development projects. The role involves overall responsibility for several key areas: • Primary responsibility for recruitment and other HR work • Follow-up of company results, key metrics, and controlling • Supplier contacts and procurement • Responsibility for and follow-up of facility management • Personnel management through processes and monitoring • Support in daily operations as needed, for example service during lunch or special events You function as a cohesive force in the organization, ensuring structure, quality, and progress across multiple parallel areas.
