Do you want to help create the conditions for our next growth phase?
WFI (Workplaces for Industries) is experiencing a period of strong growth. Our volumes are increasing, operations are expanding and the demands on structure, coordination and efficiency are growing alongside the company.
To continue developing, we are now seeking an Operations Manager who wants to take a key role in building a scalable and future-proof operation.
This is a role for someone who thrives in the space between strategy and operational execution. You enjoy understanding the entire business, identifying bottlenecks and creating processes, structures and working methods that allow the organization to grow without losing momentum, quality or profitability.
About the role
As Operations Manager, you will become the CEO's closest collaborator in operational activities and take on a central role in the company's continued development.
You work closely with management, sales, production, procurement and logistics to ensure that operations develop in line with the company's ambitions. The role involves overall responsibility for coordinating resources, processes and flows – from procurement and material supply to assembly, warehousing and delivery to customers.
You will have an overarching understanding of the entire value chain and be instrumental in creating the conditions for high quality, good profitability and satisfied customers.
Areas of responsibility
· Ensure efficient workflows throughout operations.
· Lead and develop processes within warehouse, logistics, procurement and assembly.
· Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that limit growth, delivery capability or efficiency.
· Develop structures, routines and working methods that make operations scalable and prepared for the future.
· Coordinate and monitor projects, resources and capacity.
· Work with key metrics, follow-up and business development.
· Be the connecting link between different functions and departments.
· Drive improvement initiatives and change management.
· Challenge existing working methods and contribute new perspectives that strengthen operations.
Who are you?
We believe you have solid experience from manufacturing industry and experience of leading or developing operational activities.
You have the ability to understand the details of daily operations while being able to translate insights into long-term decisions and strategic initiatives. You are equally comfortable out in operations as in discussions about growth, capacity and future organization.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
· Have experience in operational management, business development or similar role in industry.
· Understand production flows, logistics, procurement and resource planning.
· Have documented experience in improving processes and workflows.
· Have the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational effectiveness.
· Are analytical, structured and solution-oriented.
· Have a natural ability to prioritize and focus on what creates the most value.
· Are a strong communicator who creates collaboration between different functions.
· Dare to question established working methods when it leads to better results.
· Have a genuine commitment to the product, operations and the company's development.
