About the Role Vattenfall IT is now seeking an Operations Engineer within Virtual Client & System Software Solutions (Citrix) who wants to work with the development and delivery of IT services with a focus on secure and stable operations. Key Responsibilities • Operations and monitoring of centrally managed customer environments • Ensure that existing environments develop and take responsibility for the design and implementation of solutions • Participate in transformation and change projects • Streamline and automate work processes and systems • Patch management and upgrades • Troubleshooting of varying size and complexity Requirements We are looking for someone who is driven, takes own initiative, and is self-directed. You have a genuine interest in learning and understanding new technology, and you demonstrate a good ability to quickly grasp new technical areas by being forward-thinking and solution-oriented. You have good collaboration skills and a humble approach to people around you. You enjoy working with others and have good structure in your own work. We would like to see that you: • Have worked in large environments with both operations and development of IT infrastructure • Have experience with Citrix CVAD, Windows Server, Windows 11 • Have knowledge of VDI, AD, GPO, Networking • Are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing • Understand and embrace strong IT security thinking • Hold a Category B driver's license It is a plus if you have: • Knowledge of IT-related processes and frameworks such as ITIL • Experience with Ivanti Suite, FSLogix, PowerShell, VMware, vSAN, Endpoint Management • Knowledge of Netscaler, App Layering, Provisioning, WEM, 2FA, F5 • Linux experience • Basic scripting/programming experience and automation (e.g., Ansible, Python, PowerShell) • Worked with GitLab Additional Information In addition to being part of shaping the future of smart energy society, we offer you a developing and varied job with many contact points.
