About the Role Vattenfall IT is now seeking an Operations Engineer within Virtual Client & System Software Solutions (Citrix) who wants to work with the development and delivery of IT services with a focus on secure and stable operations. Main Areas of Responsibility Operation and monitoring of centrally managed customer environments Ensure that existing environments evolve and take responsibility for design and implementation of solutions Participate in transformation and change projects Streamline and automate working methods and systems Patch management and upgrades Troubleshooting of varying size and complexity Requirements Specification We are looking for someone who is driven, takes own initiative, and is self-directed. We would like to see that you: Have worked in large environments with both operation and development of IT infrastructure Have experience with Citrix CVAD, Windows Server, Windows 11 Have knowledge of VDI, AD, GPO, Networking Speak Swedish and English fluently, both orally and in writing Understand and embrace strong IT security thinking Hold a valid driver's license category B It is a merit if you have: Knowledge of IT-related processes and frameworks such as ITIL Experience with Ivanti Suite, FSLogix, PowerShell, VMware, vSAN, Endpoint Management Knowledge of Netscaler, App Layering, Provisioning, WEM, 2FA, F5 Linux experience Basic scripting/programming experience and automation (e.g., Ansible, Python, PowerShell) Worked with GitLab Additional Information In addition to getting to shape the future of smart energy society, we offer you a developing and varied job with many contact points.
